AN OFF-SITE EVALUATION

You want to know the value of your park, but haven't the time or money to pay for a $3,000 appraisal? Let us do an off-site evaluation.
It will be very much within the ball park and give you a good solid idea of what your campground is worth.
We review the numbers (we require 3 years of financial data), review the campground via pictures, brochures, website, etc.
We fit it in with what similar campgrounds have sold for.
All this for just $250
We need:
Three years of financial data (income and expense), preferably from IRS statements. As many pictures as you can provide, all of your current printed material (site maps, activity schedules, rate sheets).
Tell us a little about the park. The good points, the bad points, the problems and the parts that your campers love. Also, tell us the typical camper; overnight, seasonal, weekenders, etc.)
The basic information on your campground. We can forward you a fill in the blanks form or you can download it from the website at www.campground-data.com/campinfosheet.htm
